View the Curious Cat Travel Map - Hong Kong
Dragon's back trail is a great trail in Hong Kong. It has been rated the "top urban trail" in Asia. While how you can possible select one with any meaning I find silly, but it does indicate it is a great trail. And I agree with that assessment.
I took the bus (see bottom of this page) to the trailhead which was convenient; the only tricky part is making sure you get off at the right stop you won't be able to identify it until you are at the stop. Even then you have to look closely to see the trailhead map.
The break from the urban jungle to this wonderful hike is a enjoyable contrast and interesting wildlife.
I also might have missed a turn or something, my exit point was a bit odd. But I took a right and walked for a few hundred meters and found a road with a bus stop. It took be right bad to the subway. Having a tablet or smart phone with GPS and maps is very helpful (it can be a bit tricky but you notice if you go too far off course).
I definitely recommend the hike for those that like hiking (as I do - see my hiking photos).
